Carmen Electra and 11 Models Sue Millennium Cabaret in Bedford, New Hampshire
A federal lawsuit filed May 15, 2026 names Millennium Cabaret in Bedford, New Hampshire as the defendant in a case involving 12 professional models — including Carmen Electra — whose photos were allegedly used without permission to advertise the club. The case, filed in U.S. District Court in New Hampshire, accuses East Coast Restaurant & Nightclubs, LLC of misappropriating images, altering them, and publishing them on social media to make it appear the models worked at or endorsed Millennium Cabaret. None of them ever did. You can read the full court filing here: Case 1:26-cv-00375, U.S. District Court, District of New Hampshire.
The other plaintiffs include CJ Gibson, Eva Pepaj, Irina Voronina, Jessa Hinton, Keeley Hazell, Lina Posada, Marketa Kazdova, Paola Cañas, Tiffany Selby, Ursula Mayes, and Tiffany Toth — all professional models who license their images carefully and had no knowledge their photos were being used. The complaint alleges the club pulled images directly from the models’ own social media pages and used them to advertise the club for years without consent or compensation.
The claims include false advertising and false association under the Lanham Act, invasion of privacy, defamation, conversion, and unjust enrichment. The plaintiffs are seeking actual damages, punitive damages, attorney fees, and a permanent injunction barring Millennium from ever using their images again.
If a Strip Club Uses Fake Photos, What Do You Think a Local Agency Is Doing?
Here is the practical problem with fake photos in advertising — you have no idea who is actually going to be there. You book based on what you see promoted online, and what shows up is something completely different. That is not just disappointing, it is deceptive. And apparently it has been going on at Millennium Cabaret for years.
Now think about this. If a strip club with a physical location, a liquor license, a full staff, and a lease is willing to use fake celebrity photos for years — what do you think a small local booking agency with a website that hasn’t been updated since 2015 is doing? If the photos on their site look like magazine spreads or glamour shots that belong on a modeling portfolio, they probably came from exactly that. You are booking a party based on pictures of women who have never been to New Hampshire and have no idea their face is being used to sell you something.
Why VIP Entertainment Is Different
Every photo, every video on our website is a real VIP dancer — someone actually on our roster, someone who may actually show up to your party. We photograph our own dancers. We book our own dancers. No stock images, no borrowed Instagram photos, no celebrity faces pulled from Google. When we tell you who is coming to your New Hampshire bachelor party, that is who comes. No bait and switch, no surprises.
Before every show, your dancer gets the full details — your phone number, the address, and the schedule. You can even FaceTime her beforehand if you want. No other New Hampshire agency does this. Most tell their dancers nothing until they are already in the car. We have never operated that way in over 30 years and we are not starting now.
Real Dancers, Real Photos, Real New Hampshire Parties
VIP Entertainment has been booking bachelor parties throughout New Hampshire since 1992. We serve Manchester, Concord, Nashua, Portsmouth, the Lakes Region, the White Mountains, and everywhere in between. Bachelor parties, birthday celebrations, private events at hotels and Airbnbs — if you are planning a party in New Hampshire, you deserve to know exactly what you are getting.
Our parties are intimate — typically 8 to 15 friends at a nice hotel suite or Airbnb. Everyone in the room is there for the entertainment, everyone is tipping, everyone is engaged. It is nothing like a club floor where your dancer is competing with 20 other girls for the attention of 50 guys nursing beers. This is a focused, private, high-energy experience — and you know exactly who is walking through that door.
